Legal requirements
The legal requirements result from the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG), in particular § 14 in conjunction with § 3 para. 1 BFSG with reference to the Ordinance to the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSGV).
Compliance with accessibility requirements:
The following standards and guidelines were applied when fulfilling the accessibility requirements of this ticket store:
- Harmonisierte Europäische Norm (EN) 301 549, Version 3.2.1
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Version 2.2, Stufen A und AA
Our offer is based on standardized software for ticket stores. The manufacturer of this software has optimized this software with the support of digital accessibility experts and subjected it to an independent external accessibility test using examples. The manufacturer regularly carries out further automated or manual tests internally.
When configuring the software to implement our ticket store, we took the manufacturer's instructions into account in order to achieve an accessible result.
Specifically, the ticket store meets the requirements through the following measures, among others:
- The ticket store is clearly structured, contains meaningful and sensibly structured headings and labels. Links are easily recognizable and clearly labeled.
- You can use this ticket store with assistive technologies, such as screen readers, without losing any information.
- You can use and control the ticket store with an external keyboard. This works for all areas and functions. Navigation takes place in a sensible order.
If you select interactive elements, such as links or buttons, using the keyboard, these are clearly highlighted visually (focus marking). - Texts and visual content have easily recognizable contrasts. The display (e.g. font sizes) can be adjusted via the settings in the browser and/or in your operating system. All content is accessible without color differentiation and there are text alternatives for users with impaired vision.
- Our ticket store works with different orientations. You can align your screen both horizontally and vertically. The display of areas, content and functions adapts automatically.
- You do not need to be able to hear or speak to use our ticket store.
- If the completion of a booking has a time limit, this will be announced in good time. You can then extend the time limit.
- The ticket store has been designed to help you avoid mistakes and correct them.
- The use of the ticket store works without complex, path-based or simultaneous movements.
- The ticket store does not contain any light or flash effects that trigger photosensitive seizures.
If you would like to give us feedback on the accessibility of our ticket store, please contact us using the contact details given above under “Information about the provider”.
